BAC Beatbox Academy

Make your own music with our collective of beatboxers, singers, rappers and poets.

Welcome to the Academy

Welcome to the Academy!

The BAC Beatbox Academy Summer term will resume on Thursday 25th April, and will run until Thursday 4th July. The Academy meet at Battersea Arts Centre on Thursdays between 6 – 8pm, to jam together, improve their beatbox and vocal skills and make their own music – from hip hop and grime to R&B and dubstep.

Want to get involved? Whether you’re new to singing and beatboxing, or a more experienced performer, we welcome all skill levels, ages 11 – 29. For more information please get in touch with Molly on nextgen@bac.org.uk.

BAC Beatbox Academy is free. However, if you are able to, we ask for a suggested contribution of £40 which will help us to keep working with world class artists, workshop leaders and musicians.

Supported by Youth Music and using public funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
