HOW WE'RE KEEPING YOU SAFE

Welcome back to Battersea Arts Centre. We have reopened our building for LIVE performance as of July 2021.

If you’ve visited us before, things may look and feel a little different. We are a Covid secure venue and are following guidelines set out by the government to make your visit a safe and enjoyable one. Please read important information below on what to expect and how to prepare for your visit.

Here’s some information on our processes and precautions when booking and visiting our venue.

TICKET INFORMATION

We are offering at least one performance per week where social distancing measures are in place.

Wheelchair spaces are available for every performance and can be booked online.

If you are disabled and require a companion to make it possible for you to attend a performance, an access companion ticket is available free of charge.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Tickets can be purchased online on this website. You will be emailed an e-ticket after you book, which can be shown on your mobile device when you arrive at the venue.

If you experience any issues with booking, please get in touch at boxoffice@bac.org.uk.

We will collect contact information about each ticket booker in line with our Privacy Policy. We may be required to share your contact details with NHS Test and Trace.

COVID Policy

If you or a member of your party are displaying COVID-19 symptoms or are required to self-isolate, your tickets can be exchanged for a later performance of the same production or the price of your tickets will be credited to your BAC account. Credit can be redeemed online for any future productions at BAC.

If we are required by any COVID government guidance or restrictions to cancel a performance, tickets may be exchanged or refunded.

YOUR VISIT

We will email you ahead of your visit to update you on our procedures, but please check back here for information which may have changed since you booked your tickets.

We have taken a number of steps to ensure our venue is fit for audiences to arrive and enjoy performances in our building in the safest way possible, including:

  • A one-way system throughout the venue which will be in use at all times throughout your event.
  • Mask wearing will be encouraged whilst sat in performance spaces and when moving around our building.
  • Thorough cleaning, with a cleaner onsite throughout to upkeep toilets and common areas.
  • Plenty of signage throughout the building reinforcing Covid-safe measures.
  • Audience capacities to correspond with social distancing measures at the time of the performance.

We are also a limited amount of socially distanced performances for most show runs in our upcoming Autumn 2021 season, meaning that audiences can choose which events they feel most comfortable attending, adhering to our wider ambition to cater for all as a Relaxed Venue
