Shelf are a musical comedy double act. Sort of. In Hair, Shelf use musical comedy and slamming EDM to tell the story of one bizarrely life-changing haircut.

Shelf is made up of Rachel WD and Ruby Clyde. Already lifelong friends, they started performing as Shelf in 2015. Shelf started out at open mic nights, honing a style that is “a winning hybrid of sketch show and standup” (Edfringe Review)

Over 1 million views on BBC3; Musical Comedy Awards Finalists 2020; Funny Women Finalists 2020; as seen at Bestival, London Pride; founders of The LOL Word.
