Battersea Arts Centre is a Home for the Extraordinary.
Based just 7 minutes from Clapham Junction in the former Battersea Town Hall, BAC has been a home for extraordinary artists, young people and communities for the past 50 years. Come along and see world-class theatre and performance, take part in one of our youth-led academies, hire one of our many spaces or relax in Tom’s Café.
We can’t wait to welcome you to join in our celebrations this anniversary year.
What's On
We are the go-to place for boundary pushing theatre in the UK. Our diverse programme features some of the most exciting creatives from around the world, and many performances are available on a Pay What You Can basis.
Young Creatives
If you’re aged between 11-25, we have a range of classes and workshops for you to meet like-minded people. Join our world-famous Beatbox Academy, take part in our hip hop Dance Academy or get support to start your own business via The Agency.
Tom's Café
Our light and spacious café and bar is the perfect place to meet friends, work amongst other creatives or to grab a drink before a show. We have a range of drinks, snacks and pizzas to choose from, as well as a selection of books and board games.
Support Us
BAC is dedicated to supporting artists, young people and our local communities.
Join us as a Good Friend or make a donation and together, we can make the Extraordinary happen.
