Uncovering a mysterious series of visions and omens, Ways of Knowing delves into the ways we predict and prophesy the future.
Following their acclaimed shows Landscape (1989) and CELEBRATION, Emergency Chorus return to the stage with a strange and cloudy choreography, a descent into darkness, a startling revelation.
Amidst an intricate system of movement, found text and live sound, they wield science and magic to reckon with our precarious present and enter into the unknown.

ABOUT BLOOM
Bloom is our annual programme of work developed from our Making Space residencies. We offer in-kind rehearsal space all year round for artists to engage with in any way they choose.
Bloom showcases this Making Space offer to provide a supportive, celebratory, and generative environment to present their work publicly.
Biographies
Emergency Chorus is the collaboration between artists Ben Kulvichit (he/him) and Clara Potter-Sweet (they/she). Since 2017, they have been working across theatre, live art and dance, creating performances which collide disparate source materials to form collages of text, choreography, music and image. Their work deals with states of crisis and emergency, the relationships between ecology, capitalism and technology, and ways of approaching the future.
Previous works include Landscape (1989), Town Criers, and CELEBRATION, and have been presented across the UK at venues such as Warwick Arts Centre, Old Diorama Arts Centre, Bristol Old Vic and Chisenhale Dance Space.
